Practice Random acts of Thought control ~

Today's Insights for life:

Every time you think an unkind thought toward someone, catch yourself and say: "Guide me to understand why they are as they are, and through understanding I bless them."

I know this is sometimes difficult or seemingly impossible to bless someone when a great deal of ill or hard feelings exist, you may want to try the following as a silent prayer or meditation:

"I call upon the universal Life Force within me, God or Higher Self (whatever resonates with your beautiful soul) to forgive the person whom I at the moment do not seem to have the power to forgive, Please help me to release, resolve and heal from within"
