Re-programming your thoughts and establishing new positive patterns is easier than you think. It only requires a few minutes twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening! (or anytime that is convenient).
You would begin by deciding on your desired outcome, of way of feeling. You may or may not want to right them down, just remember to state them in present tense as if you have already obtained your goal. Once this is done, allow yourself to sit comfortably, closing your eyes and begin taking in a few slow deep breaths, allowing your thoughts to clear, quieting your mind and begin to focus on your new intention or desired state of being for the day ~

A good and benevolent life coach will respect the fact that your life belongs to you. She will guide and support, she will uncover options you may not have seen before, and she will unleash your potential and help you feel confident... but she will NOT dictate how to live YOUR LIFE, nor will she mold you into thinking a certain way.
